Throughout his career, Vipul has been fortunate to work with renowned organizations like Darashaw NSDL, Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd, and State Street Syntel Services Pvt Ltd.
Based in Mumbai, Vipul holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University, Beyond his professional expertise, Vipul is known for his collaborative spirit and commitment to helping his team thrive.

An alumni of the esteemed BSE Institute Limited, she holds a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance.
She is based in Pivot’s Mumbai office.
Ashwini Shetye
Vice President
Project leader at PIVOT , brings wealth of experience in corporate actions, post trade data and process audit. She brings in over seven years of valuable experience in equity and debt corporate actions, data research and analysis, drafting and reviewing processes at institutions like EDI and Morningstar.
At PIVOT she leads projects involving new business setup, process optimisations and training initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from University of Mumbai is based in PIVOT’s Mumbai office

Assistant Manager
Soniya brings a strong foundation in administration, finance sector, and client coordination to her role as Assistant Manager at PIVOT Management Consulting. With prior experience in credit analysis and office operations, she plays a key role in managing corporate communications, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives.
At PIVOT, Soniya oversees various administrative and operational functions including vendor and client coordination, social media engagement, and internal team support. She also contributes to the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Cyprus in Mumbai, ensuring seamless execution of consulate-related responsibilities.
